A manufacturing firm in Anaheim, CA was bogged down by manual back-office operations that took focus away from its manufacturing process, which needed streamlining. Additionally, the company had little inventory and vendor oversight.

Our Solution

ZTNet Solutions conducted a back-office technical assessment. Using our Express Methodology at strategic meetings with key decision makers, we defined the company’s desired future state. We identified cost efficiency models, including email optimization and inventory management.

ZTNet Solutions developed a web-based inventory management system that integrated with the company’s financial system. This solution enabled the company to manage its true inventory cost and implement an ABC costing model to track manufacturing costs.
 
Additionally, we implemented an enterprise email solution with Black Berry integration. We also installed our Small Business Package, which includes a small office network with file sharing and network printing, integrated faxing, and a paperless procure-to-pay process.

The Results

The company was able to reduce inventory by an amazing 36%.
